We show customer feedback on this site. This page explains exactly where it comes from, how it is chosen, and what we do and do not do with it.
Where our reviews come from
Every review shown on this site was left by a buyer on our eBay store. eBay verifies that the person leaving the feedback actually bought the item, and buyer names are masked by eBay, not by us. We do not collect reviews through this website, and we do not accept reviews from anyone who has not bought from us.
We show a selection, not everything
The quotes on our homepage are a small selection of the feedback we have received. They are examples, not a complete or statistically representative sample.
The complete and unedited record — including our overall feedback score and any negative or neutral comments — is published by eBay and is not controlled by us. You can read all of it here: our eBay store feedback. If our selection and the full record ever disagree, the full record is the accurate one.
What we never do
- We do not write reviews, or ask anyone else to write them.
- We do not offer discounts, free items, prize draws or any other incentive in exchange for feedback.
- We do not edit the wording of a review. Quotes are reproduced as the buyer wrote them, apart from the name masking eBay applies.
- We do not ask eBay to remove genuine negative feedback, and we could not do so if we wanted to.
- We do not present our store feedback as a rating of any individual product. None of our products carries a product review score, and we do not publish star ratings on product pages.
Our overall feedback figure
Where we quote a positive feedback percentage, that figure is the one eBay calculates and publishes for our store. It is a measure of our service as a seller — postage, packaging, accuracy of description and communication. It is not a rating of a specific part, and it is not an average of star ratings given on this website.
If you think something here is wrong
If you believe a review shown on this site is inaccurate, or that anything on this page does not match what you find on our eBay feedback record, please contact us and we will correct it. We would rather be told than leave something misleading online.
Why this page exists
The Digital Markets, Competition and Consumers Act 2024 bans fake and misleading consumer reviews, and requires businesses to be clear about how the reviews they publish are collected and selected. This page is how we meet that obligation. If anything on it is unclear, tell us and we will rewrite it.
