Dispatch times

Every in-stock item is dispatched from our Horley warehouse on the same or next working day. Orders placed before 11:00 am Mon-Fri normally ship the same day. Weekend orders ship first thing Monday.

UK delivery options

Delivery times are working days (Mon-Fri) and exclude bank holidays. Postage to the rest of the UK (Scottish Highlands, islands and Northern Ireland) may be charged at checkout.

International shipping

We ship to most of Europe via Royal Mail International Tracked and DHL Express. Rates are calculated at checkout based on weight and destination. Duties and taxes are the customer's responsibility.

If your country is not listed at checkout, drop us a message and we will get a courier quote back to you the same day.

Tracking your order

You will receive a tracking number by email the moment your order ships. Click the link in the email to follow your parcel, or sign in to your account to see tracking for every order you have placed with us.

Collection in person

Same-day collection is available 7 days a week from Horley, Surrey. Contact us first to confirm the item is ready and we will organise a time slot. No extra charge.

Delivery problems?

Parcel late? Damaged? Didn't arrive at all? Drop us a message with your order number and we will chase it for you straight away. We do not disappear once the order has shipped.
